## Refund & Cancellation Policy – GCS Edunova

All subscription payments made for GCS Edunova services are non-refundable once activated.  
Cancellations can be requested before the next billing cycle through official support.  
In case of accidental or duplicate payments, valid refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 working days after verification.  
GCS Council reserves the right to decline refunds for misuse, violation of terms, or partial subscription periods.
